Position: Confidential Secretary

Duties and responsibilities

Develop proposals, letters of correspondence and other related documentation without supervision.
Manage the Calendar, emails and internal and external contacts.
Respond to emails and re-routed phone calls.
Receive and review letters, correspondences, internal and external documents.
Consolidate and file letters, correspondences, internal and external documents.
Manage the office expense and Special Advance payments required to manage the office efficiently.
Schedule both internal and external appointments.
Make all travel arrangements including hotel/vehicle reservations
Manage all Visitors that visit the Office.
Regularly update office filing system and Meeting Calendar.
Assist with the coordination of the internal and external visits
Ensures office equipment is in good working condition and arrange routine maintenance /replacement as necessary.
Any other assigned duties related to the Office.

Minimum Qualification: Abilities, Knowledge and Skills

He or She must have a high drive in restructuring and transformation and also result orientated in businesses that are used to assessing manager’s based on KPI and results.
He or She must also have the ambition and energy to deliver on projects transcending what the group is doing.
Excellent Leadership skills with the ability to work as a team leader, supervisor and manager and also special skills in detecting rare talent and nurturing such talent.
The right Candidate must be methodical in his or her approach with a multi-talented back-ground, with a "willing and ready to learn" approach.
He or She must also be able to demonstrate a progressive track record of success within their career and also a sound commercial business understanding.
The candidate should have a strong background in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and Science related Courses.

Salary, Benefit and Conditions:

Salary is competitive depending on qualification and experience.
