Job Summary
The Program Coordinator will proactively ensure that our client meets the highest standards of compliance with operational policies and procedures while contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will actively collaborate with team members, coordinate development programs, administer international training initiatives, and support partnerships with government institutions and development stakeholders.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct sector analyses and develop strategies for development initiatives.
Develop and implement technical cooperation, grant aid, and loan aid projects.
Facilitate public-private partnership projects in Private Sector Development and Peacebuilding.
Administer long-term training programs in the client’s home country.
Contribute to improved organizational performance while working under the guidance of the Country Chief Representative.
Handle assigned general affairs duties based on experience and competence.
Attend meetings with Government Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDAs), donors, and development partners.
Carry out special assignments delegated by the Country Representative.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of development assistance.
Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong business communication skills, including meetings, telephone, and email etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Outlook, OneDrive, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
Ability to work flexibly, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks effectively.
Required Technical Skills
Microsoft Word: Touch typing, formatting, page setup, section breaks, and document alignment.
Microsoft Excel: Formulas, spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, tables, charts, and data organization.
Microsoft PowerPoint: Create and edit professional presentations with proper formatting.
Communication Tools: Outlook (email & calendar), OneDrive, WhatsApp, and related collaboration platforms.
